The modular design of this lightning surge protector allows for easy maintenance and simple wiring. By only having 3 wiring terminals this is a simple wiring installation. Both the input and output wires go into their respective positive or negative terminal, and the ground wire is attached to a grounding device. The modular design allows for the simple removal of a blown fuse, as indicated on the built in indicator window, without the need to rewire the protector. This lightning surge protector is wired in parallel with the device you are protecting.
